Your order will be shipped on the same day if placed before noon. Standard shipping typically delivers within 2-4 working days. Orders placed after 1 pm SGT on weekdays will be shipped the next working day, while those placed on weekends will be shipped on the following working day.

We accept returns for our products, provided they are unopened. If you believe our product is not suitable for you, you may return it within 7 days for a refund. Even if the product is not returned, we will still honour the refund if the request is made within 7 days.

First of all, we apologize that your package arrived damaged, defective or wrong item. Please reach out to us at support@serich.sg so we can assist you.

If the return shipping is due to defective product or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

We shipped out from Singapore warehouse.

For Singapore delivery, it will take between 3-5 working days and handled by our logistics partners. For overseas delivery, it will take up to 7 to 14 working days depending on the shipped location.

All packages are registered with a tracking code. Your tracking code will be provided with each order.

At the moment, we don’t have samples available. We recognize the importance of trying products before making a routine switch, which is why we produce our products in small volumes, enabling you to give them a try.
